Respite providers who are interested in only providing services in the home of the natural
family or individual requesting respite will participate in a screening process either by
one of the participating agencies or the Respite Coordinator.
This process will include:

An orientation to the Huron Respite Network
|

2)
|
Completion of an Application from one of the participating agencies or the Huron Respite Network
|
|
3)
|
Interview
|
|
4)
|
Reference Checks - including Police and CAS
|
|
5)
|
Medical Information
|
|
6)
|
Service Agreements
|
|
7)
|
Releases of Information
|
|
8)
|
Oaths of Confidentiality and Reporting of Abuse
|

9)
|
Insurance
